Natural Movement Workshops

In these bespoke movement workshops, you will learn to improve skills such as climbing, swinging, vaulting, balancing, coordination, and much more! Move effectively within the natural environment. These introductory workshops are designed to be fun and inclusive, and are an excellent opportunity to improve your self-confidence and strength. These workshops can be tailored to a variety of different ability levels.

Before attending a workshop, you will need to complete a Release Waiver. Use the link below to complete the waiver.

Locations

The locations and frequency of these workshops can vary, but all are based within Vancouver and North Vancouver. When a workshop is offered, the location will be in the description on the booking page, and repeated in the confirmation email you will receive upon booking.

Workshop Details

90 MINUTES

To ensure the quality of the workshop is maintained, and that each person gets plenty of individual feedback and assistance, workshops are limited to 8 participants.

Before attending a workshop, please familiarize yourself with the workshop policies.

If you are a group, and you wish to arrange a workshop outside of the regular workshop schedule, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
