1 SESSION • 60 MINUTES

Want a fitness assessment to see where you’re at? Perhaps you’re just looking for someone to check your form? With this option, you can identify areas to improve upon or learn functional fitness skills to develop in your own time.

This personal training option can be done outdoors, in your home, or live online via Zoom video conferencing.

1x Weekly - Personal Training

4 SESSIONS • 60 MINUTES EACH

Your fitness journey will start with an initial assessment, followed by a carefully crafted programme to deliver results to achieve your fitness goals. Together we will also review your eating habits, and if needed, make the necessary adjustments to help you reach your highest potential.

As a 1:1 client of mine, you also get weekly accountability check-ins, homework, complementary access to the Bodyweight Basics classes, and more.

2x Weekly - Personal Training

8 SESSIONS • 60 MINUTES EACH

1:2 personal training is an excellent option for friends or couples with closely aligned goals, who want to train in a social environment, and save a bit of money.
