Session Locations

My approach is simple. As a mobile personal trainer, I try to get my clients outdoors and moving as much as possible, rain or shine. Ideally I would train you outside, however, if this is not possible or suitable, then I would suggest we train you at your home or at an indoor facility if needed. Regardless of where you train, you will have a programme that is specifically designed for your needs and goals.

 
 

Outdoor Training Locations

 

If your session is at one of the following parks, we will decide the specific meeting location within the park, then begin a session that will leave you invigorated and energized.

Regardless of the weather, I will make the session work for you and your individual goals. If you cannot make it to any of these parks, please see the options below.

 
 

In-Home Sessions

 

Maybe you don’t like crowded gyms, or exercising at home suits your busy schedule?

Not to worry, if you wish to train at home, I will bring all the equipment you will need for your sessions.

While I specialize in calisthenics, I am also quite well-versed in weight training. If you’d rather use the gym in your building, we can do that too.

 
 

Live Online Zoom Sessions

 

More convenient to workout from home?
Perhaps you’re traveling and still want to get sessions in?

This can also be an excellent option for people who have busy schedules, or who don’t have much time to travel around to different locations for exercise.

All personal training sessions can be swapped interchangeably between online and outdoors. You can even do an online session with your phone in a home gym!
