Your fitness journey will start with an initial assessment, followed by a carefully crafted programme to deliver results to achieve your fitness goals. Together we will also review your eating habits, and if needed, make the necessary adjustments to help you reach your highest potential.

As a 1:1 client of mine, you also get weekly accountability check-ins, assigned homework, food journal analysis, and more.

This personal training option can be done in outdoors, in your own home, or live online via Zoom video conferencing.


2x Weekly

8 SESSIONS • 60 MINUTES EACH
