My Approach

At one point in your life, fitness wasn’t a chore, it was something you looked forward to doing everyday. You could run, jump, hang, play games, climb on the monkey bars and you loved it, but you were 9 and on a playground.  

Building from this concept, I help people engage with fitness in a way that they have long since forgotten about. Through teaching natural movement skills, fun games, and motivating challenges, I help my clients become stronger, look leaner, and feel more happy and confident.

The best part about this approach is the ‘fitness’ is a side-effect from having fun, which means it is easier to maintain this active lifestyle after you reach your goals!
